04 / A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Good to know.

What is a cruise API?

A cruise API lets software work with structured cruise information, such as itineraries, ships, ports and departure dates. CruiseFinder focuses on cruise discovery and historical data for travel apps, comparison websites and travel businesses.

Which cruise lines does CruiseFinder support?

CruiseFinder has 28 working cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian, MSC Cruises, Virgin Voyages and Azamara. Coverage varies by line and sailing; support does not guarantee every sailing or fare is covered. Contact us to discuss the lines your product needs.

Does CruiseFinder provide a cruise booking API?

No. CruiseFinder provides cruise search and data capabilities. It does not process bookings or guarantee real-time cabin availability. Cruise lines remain the source for current availability and booking details.

Can I access cruise price history and expired sailings?

CruiseFinder includes observed price changes, historical sailing records and archived expired cruises. These are records of collected observations, not a complete history of every fare or every sailing.

How often is cruise data refreshed?

Refresh needs are discussed during API enquiries. No guaranteed refresh frequency is offered on these plans. Published prices can change between observations, and unknown prices must not be treated as available fares.

How much does the cruise API cost?

Indicative API plans are Starter at €149/month, Growth at €499/month and Enterprise with custom pricing. External API access is coming soon. Coverage, usage limits and commercial terms will be confirmed before access is granted. There is no public checkout.

How do I get access or see a demo?

Select a plan and send an enquiry describing your product and data needs. We can discuss representative coverage and your integration requirements. External API access is not ready yet; endpoints will be available at api.cruisefinder.app when it opens.
